We have great people and a good working environment. We strive to ensure that our employees feel good working at ADM. All of our employees fill out a Q12 method based satisfaction survey twice a year. Our satisfaction index is over 4 out of 5. And above all, your team leader and your team are always there to support you. In ADM, you can grow as much as you wish to. We are here to help you with planning your growth and to provide you with options for trainings.
We are also a part of the Startup Incubator Elevator, which is the perfect platform for you to use if you wish to launch your own startup or be a part of an interesting project. Every month, we organize Big Fridays during which we have already learned how to invest, manage our time, debate, and we have also done charity work by developing solutions for those who do not have the means and/or knowledge required for it.
We are located in Kultuurikatel alongside other top-tier agencies such as Age McCann, D/V/S/ON and others. Our beautiful offices offer a view to the sea as well as the Old Town. To support the mental growth of ADM’s members, we have a coach as well as a psychologist, and to support their physical health, we organize office workouts, provide support for working out, offer massages and fruit in the office. Additionally, we have spontaneous table football and table tennis tournaments and other fun get-togethers.
How do our people describe working in ADM?
Martin: “As a team leader and scrum master I take extra notice that agile approach is an everyday part of work, state of thought and overall attitude. Teamwork and development processes should not stand in the way of creativity and innovation – creating value to the client should not be stressful. People, teams and clients are different and it is important to find a harmony in which we avoid situations where the client dictates how the work should be done. Thinking outside the box, the right to express your mind and developing is a must have. This means that every team member and their self-development, work environment and satisfaction is equally important for them, to the client and to the whole team.”
Katre: “In ADM I am surrounded by helpful, friendly and talented people. AS a QA I see new sides to development process, new solutions and through this I am learning something new every day. ADM has given me a possibility to work with exiting projects and continuously improve myself with new knowledge.”
Karl: “ADM has great work environment and they take my needs and expectations in consideration. I especially enjoy team- and company events and Big Fridays. Working as a QA I face different projects in different development stages, this helps me broaden my horizon and learn new things. Often times I get to communicate with developers outside of Estonia, which also adds excitement to every day work.”
