Drupal Developer

Okay, so here’s the deal – we’re looking for someone with a good heart to join our team. That’s right! We’re not just looking for someone with the necessary knowledge and skills, but a true team player who can think the way we do. Of course, you should still have a good handle on PHP, but that’s mostly so you can be sure that writing code is what you really like to do.

We are looking for an experienced Drupal developer to develop innovative solutions in both the public and private sectors in Estonia and abroad. You have the opportunity to develop solutions for top companies in your field and contribute to shifting technological boundaries.

ADM is a digital solutions agency. We mainly develop various complex websites, self-service environments, intranets, create new reusable systems, automate processes, and do selected public sector projects. Both in Estonia and around the world. We experiment with different technologies and solutions that make our work more efficient and interesting. With an economical team of top professionals in your field, you have the opportunity to solve major challenges and innovative solutions. We develop solutions in a wide variety of areas that provide us with enough diversity and experience to keep us out of routine and routine.

In our field, we are the largest agency in Estonia that’s continually growing. Our clients are big names in both Estonia and abroad: Hewlett-Packard, Bosch, Siemens, Coca-Cola, Amnesty International, Elisa, Coop, SEB, Swedbank, Alexela, G4S, and many other wonderful companies. For years, we have been on top of the leader board of Estonian agencies who earn the most. We strive to ensure that our employees feel good working at ADM – we were among the first companies to receive the gold level of Family-Friendly Employer in 2018. In 2019 we proudly accepted the title of Dream Employer in the Private Sector and in 2020 we were awarded the Diverse Workplace label. We're also a part of a network of health promotion companies and have been awarded the Responsible Business Index label.

WHY WOULD YOU LOVE WORKING AT ADM?

We have great people and a good working environment. We strive to ensure that our employees feel good working at ADM. All of our employees fill out a Q12 method-based satisfaction survey twice a year. Our satisfaction index is over 4 out of 5. And above all, your team leader and your team are always there to support you. In ADM, you can grow as much as you wish to. We are here to help you with planning your growth and to provide you with options for training.

You will have a supportive and cohesive team with whom you can grow and develop. All the teams are exactly big enough to maintain their personality and spirit. Every person and role in the team is important for the good functioning of the whole team. Each team member can also have a say in leading the team and making important decisions. We are a team both at work and outside of working hours.

Startup Incubator Elevator is a part of the ADM group. It is the perfect platform for you to use if you wish to launch your own startup or be a part of an interesting project. At least once a quarter, we organize Big Fridays during which we have already learned how to invest, manage our time, debate, and we have also done charity work by developing solutions for those who do not have the means and/or knowledge required for it.

We are located in Kultuurikatel alongside other top-tier agencies such as Age McCann, D/V/S/ON, and others. Our beautiful offices offer a view of the sea as well as the Old Town. To support the mental growth of ADM’s members, we have a coach as well as a psychologist, and to support their physical health, we organize office workouts, provide support for working out, offer massages and fruit in the office. Additionally, we have spontaneous table football and table tennis tournaments and other fun get-togethers.

How do our people describe working in ADM?

In our work, we want to think outside the box by consciously putting ourselves out of our comfort zone, because that is the only way we can develop. We are bold and innovative, and we want to contribute to the development of different solutions that really help people and companies. We know that work and fun go hand in hand, and as a team, we always find great ways to recharge our batteries. ”

Gerda: “As a project manager, my job is to manage and organize the entire project completion process. As the projects are exciting for us and often offer many challenges for me and the whole team, it is possible to learn something new and interesting every day and thus keep up with it. In addition, the day at ADM is great – co-workers are friendly and helpful, and you never get bored here.”
