Digital Services Business Lead

Your goals are simple: have a good understanding of your technological field, establish contact with clients, find points of contact between their business needs and our technological capabilities, and increase our sales revenue. By achieving these goals, you will have a rewarding position that is diverse, developmental, and lucrative when done well.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Mapping new clients both in Estonia and foreign markets
  • Creating contacts with new potential clients both in Estonia and foreign markets
  • Finding ways to support clients’ business goals with ADM digital solutions
  • Finding solutions for clients’ needs in collaboration with our top specialists and making agreements for their implementation
  • Developing and achieving annual sales plans and business goals in cooperation with the Division Lead
  • Promoting the field through opinion articles, blog posts, and presentations
  • Continuously improving yourself in the field.

  • You are attentive and analytical, notice details, understand connections, find causes, and offer solutions – you understand what ADM skills and competencies are needed to meet current and future customer needs
  • You are determined and systematic – you constantly need to learn about new people, organizations, and business areas
  • You are always available for customers and keep things moving in the right direction and at the right pace
  • You have B2B sales experience
