We give you direction, you choose the path. You can work from the office or remotely with flexible working hours. You can embrace challenges and get comfortable with discomfort (challenging projects, new technologies, new ways of working, etc). We support you in any way we can. We have strengths and productivity coaches as well as a psychologist. Our supportive mentors are a part of a strong culture of helping each other.

You can be part of a participative work environment

We value your perspective and your voice is heard – e.g. in quarterly general meetings, online surveys, and regular 1:1 meetings with your team lead and HR. You can even take part in organising our Summer Days or other joint activities. Gallup’s Q12 and OKRs methodology are some of the routines we use to drive changes in our teams and the company. We are far from a corporate vibe. It is common to share ideas with our CEO or others outside your team. We all are equal and easily approachable.

Our people value the “ADM vibe”

Our office is located in the Creative Hub (Kultuurikatel), where top-level startup and tech conferences are constantly held. You can enjoy a view of the sea as well as the Old Town. Pets are always welcome (cats, dogs, geckos – just name it) and we have different activities for kids (Nintendo Switch, toys, table tennis/football, etc.). We support your physical health – organise office workouts, provide sports compensation and massages, and fruits in the office. You can take part in spontaneous table football or tennis tournaments. Our atmosphere is friendly, creative, and supportive.
