The Estonian Corporate Social Responsibility Forum recognised ADM Interactive by awarding the company the Estonian Responsible Business Index Quality Label. The purpose of the label is to showcase companies whose employees care about their surroundings and wish to contribute more to society than is required by law.

To earn the Responsible Business Index Quality Label, companies must fill out an extensive application that consists of questions and principles based on the main social responsibility topics covered by the ISO 26000 standard, the global General Reporting Initiative (GRI) standard, recommendations for communicating responsibility topics, and the Estonian legal system. During the assessment, all companies were evaluated by their management methods and ethics as well as their actions towards the environment, the market, their employees, and their work environment. The companies are divided into two size-based categories for the evaluation: micro- and small enterprises comprised one category and medium and large enterprises the other.

“Being responsible for our actions but also for our employees, clients, partners and everything around us has always been a very important value for all of the businesses that belong to ADM group. Everyone who works in ADM group follows that ethical guideline, regardless of their position or tenure at ADM. In this way, the label is actually an acknowledgement to each individual employee at ADM as well as to our team as a whole,” said the CEO of ADM group, Riho Pihelpuu.

Last year, ADM was awarded the Dream Employer 2019 title. The same year, ADM also signed the Estonian Diversity Charter and at the end of the year, Creditinfo awarded ADM Interactive the Strongest in Estonia certificate. In 2018, ADM was among the 13 companies who were awarded the Family-Friendly Employer Label and the company earned the final, Gold Level label.

Estonian companies were awarded the Responsible Business Index Quality Label in three categories: Bronze, Silver and Gold Levels. ADM was awarded the Bronze Level label.
