The top Estonian agencies ADM and Fenomen have both been steadily growing business.
Fenomen is specialised in the development of information systems and websites based on the open-source CMS platform Drupal. Fenomen currently employs 18 people and their sales revenue for 2015 was 500 000 euros. ADM is a full service digital agency with a strong development team, which currently consists of more than 45 people. Their sales revenue in 2015 was 2,5 million euros. Based on ADM’s Drupal specialists and the new team from Fenomen the ADM will have the biggest Drupal specialised dev team in the region. Together with the rest of our teams our clients have now more than 85 digital specialists (strategy, design, campaigns/media, development) at their service.
“Merging with Fenomen will bring us a considerable amount of reinforcement to the teams working on self-service environments, e-commerce and web-based custom solutions,” said Riho Pihelpuu, CEO of ADM. “As the Drupal dev community leaders in Estonia, the Fenomen team has a formidable amount of experience with the platform. We will also see a rise in our capacity to service local public sector clients whose preference for CMS platform is more and more Drupal.”
Joining the development teams of ADM and Drupal means that ADM will now have the region’s largest centre of competence for Drupal.
“From Fenomen’s point of view, merging will allow for faster growth in foreign markets, where ADM has already established good relations and where currently more than half of ADM’s sales revenue comes from. In addition, ADM’s strategic and e-marketing experience gives us a chance to offer our clients a more wider range of services,” noted Rain Benrot, CEO of Fenomen.
In the course of the merger, ADM’s management board and circle of owners will also see new members. “The management of the merging company as well as the current ADM business management will be our new partners. Considering ADM’s development plan for upcoming years, the involvement of key personnel will be of utmost importance,” said Jaak Ennuste, chairman of ADM’s management board.
Following the merger, ADM will continue activities in five main business lines:
“We started creating a common vision already in spring 2015,” said Pihelpuu. “Fenomen is Estonia’s strongest Drupal developer and we have had projects together for several years. At one point, we discovered that our vision and values were similar, which led to the idea of combining our strengths.”
Fenomen’s biggest clients are SEB (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB), Bisnod, Ministry of Finance (Estonia), Eesti Postal Service (Omniva), Lux Express, SWECO etc.
