What our employees say
There is such a special atmosphere at ADM. It is a mixture of a creative working environment and friendly colleagues. The day-to-day work is interesting, it is very easy to communicate with each other, and there is also something else about ADM which is difficult to put into words. Because of this special atmosphere at ADM, 20% of our employees are individuals who have returned to the company after initially deciding to leave. Even if people decide to have a change and leave for a couple of years to see the world from another perspective, they are happy to return later.

Martin Orn
Project Manager
At ADM since 2004
What makes working for ADM so enjoyable is the excellent working environment, the good company and professional attitude. There is the possibility to work on very different projects and with well-known brands. There are also good opportunities for self-development. ADM is like a big family where you can count on every one of its members.

Kaddi Piisang
Manager Assistant
At ADM since 2008
Starting my job at ADM is the best thing that has happened to me within the last couple of years. Working in a secure and happy environment with very nice and helpful people is great – what else could a person want… ?! Events at the office, birthday celebrations, going out together for spring or summer parties, Christmas parties and all the other events have always been nice and memorable. I really like belonging to ADM’s colourful family.

Erki Peinar
Creative Director
At ADM since 2001
In this company it is highly likely that you will really enjoy your job. The colleagues here are characterised by their creativity, humanity, individuality, dedication, participation and positive attitude. Our company functions as a rally team: we are dedicated to our targets and each and every person has their particular role to play. By working together in the right way we can be the best team of the season. For this to happen it is not necessary to win every race or competition. In over 9 years, I have had the chance to progress from Project Manager to Creative Director, having worked in a couple of essentially different, challenging and interesting positions in between.
